If the ordered item(s) are in stock, they will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.
If any ordered item is out of stock or made-to-order, it will be produced and dispatched within 10 working days from the date the order is placed.
In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or phone regarding the status of your order.
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Our courier partners deliver shipments Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
