1 clear image of the outer packaging/box
2 clear images of the damaged product
In case of multiple items in a single shipment, only the affected product will be eligible for replacement.
We will arrange a replacement of the damaged product after verification.
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
If any product is missing from your order, you must notify us within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds will not be provided for missing products.
After verification, we will re-send the missing product promptly.

Exchanges & Replacement products will be delivered with in 7 days
If you believe the product received has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Minor variations in color, fabric texture, fit, or appearance are not considered defects, as product images may vary slightly due to lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing batches.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Each case will be reviewed carefully.
Replacement will be provided if the issue is validated.
